Guarantee
Products are guaranteed for 30 calendar days from date of invoice, except in the case
of mis-use on the part of the consumer. Items must be shipped back to Ribb Company
prior to refund or credit. In all cases we seek to make things right for the customer!

Payment may be by Visa, Mastercard (all credit card data is protected), bank check or money order. Sorry no COD's.

Shipping
Items are shipped either UPS ground or USPS Priority mail, depending on best method
and cost for the size of the package. Please provide both mailing and shipping
addresses with your order. Please see chart for rates.
- All items with 5' handle: add $12.50 UPS OverSize 1 and special handling
- All items with 6' handle: add $15.00 UPS OverSize 2 and special handling
It is possible to saving shipping costs on long handled rakes by receiving the handle and
rake head separately. Please call the shop for more information on these options.
